The Printing Press - Manchester
Our first project of scale with one of our newest clients Domis Construction during our inception in late 2019/early 2020. Working with the senior buying team to offer product to suit this stunning former printing press. A modern conversion situated right at the heart of the business district of N.O.M.A . A key part of Manchester’s history is this Grade II-listed building, which is now reborn as The Press.
 

Comprising 66 New York-style 1, 2 & 3 bed apartments and townhouses, The Press blends thoughtful design and premium materials, with a wealth of gorgeous original features.

Global Floors provided over 2500m2 of new flooring for all residential spaces of this beautifully resurrected residential space. We completed on our contract despite this project running during the height of the 1st and subsequent lockdowns affecting the U.K making it a challenge to move materials. We delivered on time everytime on this multiphased project ensuring the installation team meat their schedules and our clients achieve on time completion.
 

The development one of many for Salboy, is enviably situated just 60 seconds walk to N.O.M.A, 2 minutes walk to Victoria Train Station and 5 minutes walk to the Central Shopping District – Selfridges, Harvey Nichols, Arndale Shopping Centre, Gucci, Louis Vuitton and more!
