Working alongside our award winning client Stephenson Studio, Manchester, Newman and Gray provided one of our most popular flooring choices, Rushmore Engineered Timber Flooring.

The new build apartment block contains 14 dwellings over 7 floors. It is located adjacent to the grade II listed 19th century cotton warehouse, which was recently converted into a apartments by this practice. It has been designed as a ‘sculpted object’, which is both contemporary and complementary to neighbouring buildings. From the street images you can get an idea how complicated it became for Builders HH Smith to undertake such a task to adjoin the existing building and create the new building.
