Commencing July 2023. The final finishes are just about to go in at Audley Scarcroft Park, Leeds. The buildings many former lives are now becoming transformed into a stunning new residential development by Graham Construction. Newman and Gray are working with Newcastle based Interior Design company Bernard Interiors on this £75Million pound transformation which will include our bespoke made parquet panels to reflect the feel and the originality of this historic building. We cannot wait to see the completed project. Newman and Gray are excited at putting our name into this near 200 year old building originally built by our namesake Newman Cash in 1830.
