Audley Fairmile is the newest retirement village in the Audley portfolio, with Audley Group completing on the land acquisition in November 2020.

The new Cobham retirement village in Fairmile, Surrey comprises 74 retirement properties with up to three bedrooms. Close to Esher and Epsom, Audley Fairmile’s size and style will reflect the exclusivity of the location.

The beautiful newly built village will offer luxurious retirement properties, with a restaurant and health spa at the heart of the village.

 

Newman and Gray worked with professional design company Bernard Interiors to provide bespoke made and designed panelled wood floors for the main Bar Bistro and reception areas. In addition to the ground floor amenity flooring, Newman and Gray long length Planks were laid in the Spa Club reception areas. Designed and created by the incredible Julia Forster-Smith at Bernard Interiors the interior concept features high quality finishes which create a welcoming warmth to this stunning Surrey retirement residence and is a credit to the interior design.

Clayton Newman, founder of Newman and Gray provided on site and offsite support alongside subcontract parties to complete the project.
