The Lexington - Liverpool
Operated by Moda Living and working with the joinery fit out team at Charles Evans Joinery, Newman and Gray were brought in to supply and install the real wood floors for the breath-taking 17th floor amenity level designed by the renowned Naomi Cleaver. Working alongside Martin Dourish at Naomi Cleaver the flooring finally used was a German Oak bonded to acoustic sound restricting membrane to deliver an environment for multiple uses including private cinema, dining and entertainment all 17 stories up in the air.  The oak was selected to complement the buildings Manhattan design and maritime location. Using selected set length timbers 2200mm long and 240mm wide and installing in a ships--deck configuration, we are proud to have been selected as the company to help contribute to the showstopping finish for Moda Living.
